Hoxton Square

Hoxton Square

Overview

A new build development of 7 large apartments and 350sqm of office space. Shortlisted for best new development in LABC National Awards 2015.

No.20 Hoxton Square lies at the centre of London’s most vibrant and booming creative hub. Old Street, popularly known as Silicon Roundabout, and now runs immediately to the west of the square. What became so closely connected to the Brit Art movement of the 1990s, has now grown into a sophisticated international creative centre, synonymous with loft living, and packed with Michelin restaurants, clubs, urban markets and fashionable boutiques.

Built in the 19th century as workshops to serve a largely working-class community, and added to with a two storey extension in the 1950s, 20 Hoxton Square has seen more than its fair share of London life. Now, with its development into six luxury apartments, plus a penthouse, the building stands ready to welcome new and more discerning occupants than it has ever seen before.

20 Hoxton Square is the result of an inspired collaboration between two of the district’s most exciting architectural practices.

The interiors have been designed by the award-winning Jake Edgley Design who offers a deep understanding of the cultural and architectural character of the district.

The fabric of the building was designed by Fourthspace Ltd whose designs are always responsive to their surroundings and resourceful in their use of materials. Fourthspace Ltd has a reputation for well-executed buildings that consciously resist egotistical architectural styling.
